A lengend famous for the silhouette his pieces create, I've always admired Lagerfeld for his passion for fashion and dedication to create the best for fashion houses. Now that his KARL collection is finally Net A Porter, I couldn't help but pick out a couple of my favorite pieces.

Lookbook: Little Miss Red Pants

Happy Wednesday! I hope you are all having a great week so far. I just got home from work, but a couple of more weeks left until I'm back to the 9-7 grind (and more time to blog!) 

These photos were taken last Sunday. Since I got the day off, the Mr and I decided to hit up a brunch spot in Emeryville, California called Doyle Street Cafe. This cafe's been here for two decades and they are famous for their Eggs Benedict - so delicious, I might just do a post on the food! 

I love these red jean! The Mr wasn't such a big fan when I first put it on, but hey, he has to put up with it.

Lookbook: Getting Down to Business

I have not disappeared off of the face of the Earth! Work has been so hectic lately, any of you who work in Finance..I feel you. Working until 11pm, going home and passing out, then waking up and do it again at 8am isn't meant for anybody, if you can make it your career - I admire you! 

Weather in San Francisco hasn't been too lovely, but I shouldn't be complaining - it's only rained about 3 days here, nothing too crazy like the other Coasts. 

I love carrying this bag for work when I don't have to lug my laptop around. It's an ostrich-stamped leather tote from Furla. The structure of this piece is simply amazing.

Cravings: a 85mm f1.2

I've been into art and photography ever since I was young, having developed my own film from a dummy camera at the age of 8, I fell in love with how a camera can distort the photos in some exquisite manners. Unfortunately, DSLR these days cost an arm and a leg. But when I finally saved up enough money to purchase a decently made camera, I used it to its full advantage and lugged it around while traveling. This is probably one of my favorite pieces:

But if you know a thing or two about photography, the better then lens, the better the photo; the better the lens, the more expensive it is. Thus my next goal: save up for the Canon 85mm f1.2.

Lookbook: Like A Princess

I wanted to do a quick jewelery post before enjoy my short-lived freedom from work and studying. I picked up this Jose & Maria bangle from Neiman Marcus today while wondering aimlessly in the afternoon, enjoying the sun shine that San Francisco rarely gets at this time of the year.

This Jose & Maria bracelet is a little heavy compared to most other bangles since it's made with 24-karat gold electroplate decorated with pave iridescent white Austrian crystals. But it's so precious and beautiful, like a Princess's crown.
